We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Drips Coffee Roasting to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after the 48-hour cutoff will take effect on the following billing cycle.

Subscription pricing reflects a 15% discount off standard one-time purchase prices. Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. For subscription orders, your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

Governing Law — State of Tennessee
